
Imam Abdulrahman Bin Faisal University can trace its origins back to 1975 when it was established as a brand of King Faisul University in Dammam. Architecture was one of the two Colleges which were established from the birth of the University, in Dammam. In 2009 its name was changed to the 'University of Dammam' and then, in 2015, it was once more re-named as Imam Abdulrahman Bin Faisal University.
