The Library of the Architectural Association (AA) holds a globally significant collection of books, representing almost 48,000 volumes on all aspects of architectural theory, history and practice. it houses rare and early works plus special collections on the Modern Movement, international exhibitions and the history of the Architectural Association (AA). The Library’s digital collections include more than 200,000 ebooks as well as a growing number of online journals and databases to support teaching and learning. The Library is accessible to staff, students and members of the AA. External readers are required to purchase a two-week Researcher Pass, which provides reference access to all collections held at the AA School. See the Membership page for more details.
