Kate is Head of Design and Make, Head of Hooke Park and is Head of WoodLab research. She cofounded the nomadic design studio Unknown Fields, whose expedition work and land-based research explores the complexities of contemporary landscape – from landscapes of extraction, manufacturing and logistics, to remote territories, wilderness and ancestral homelands.
