Clara is a researcher, tutor and practicing architect. Her research focuses on landscape-oriented design and territorial practices and policies, interrogating the roles designers can play in aligning themselves with organisations working on climate policies, landscape design and food systems. She is Codirector of AA Ground Lab, where she develops climate change policy projects, visualisations and critical cartographies. Clara also Codirects the AA Visiting School Metropolitan Landscapes, with Tec de Monterrey. Clara was awarded a Graham Foundation grant to publish the book Landscape as Territory (Actar, 2019).
