Bill is a member of the Royal Society of Sculptors. He trained as a sculptor at KIAD in Canterbury, specialising in public art and sculpture, with some extra training at Canterbury Cathedral’s stone restoration department before finishing his BA Hons in 1995. He completed his MA in product and space at Kingston University London in 2017. He was one of the founding members of the art education charity Art in the Park, which is based in Burgess Park in south east London, where he was involved in leading art workshops towards public commissions as a senior artist from 1997–2017. He has always continued his own fine art practice with public commissions and exhibitions. His work can be found in public and private collections nationally and internationally.
